Why Desert Doo Doo
Built on trust, backed by proof
Strangers in your yard is a big ask. So we built the whole operation around proof — vetted people, insured visits, and a photo record of every single cleanup.
Vetted cleaners
Every cleaner passes a background check and trains in person — including shadowing a real visit — before touching your yard solo.
Insured every visit
DDD carries insurance on every single cleanup. If anything goes wrong, you're covered. Dogs stay secured indoors by default.
Photo proof
Time- and GPS-stamped photos document every visit. You see the work; we audit the quality. Ratings keep everyone honest.

FAQ
Good questions
Do I need to be home?
No. Just make sure we can access the yard — same as your pool cleaner. Dogs stay secured indoors by default, and our cleaner can step away anytime if a situation feels unsafe.
Where does the waste go?
Bagged and placed in your own bin. We bring the bags and the deodorizing treatment.
What if I have more than two dogs?
The flat rate covers two dogs; each additional dog is $5 per visit.
Can I pause for the summer?
Yes — snowbird seasonal holds pause your billing and automatically resume in the fall. No cancellation needed.
What if I'm not happy with a visit?
Send us the photos and we'll take a look — if we missed a spot, we re-clean free within 24 hours.
How do I cancel?
Anytime, effective immediately. Text the concierge — no phone maze, no retention script.
